Mary Bagshaw, Other/Just Looking in Evansville, IN

I am looking for a home that is wheel chair assessable; I have found it very hard to find anything. What would be the easiest way to find this out??

Mary, Many of the condominium communities are wheelchair accessible in the Evansville Area. Jaylynn Place..just off Oak Hill Road has several homes that are all on one level that may interest you.

Too bad you aren't looking to relocate to sunny Florida. I have a wheel chair accessible home for sale: http://www.wheelchairaccessiblehouse.com

Good luck!

Hi Mary, I have included a link on this email to all the handicap modified homes available in our Realtor system. If don't already have a Realtor, I will be happy to help. Jim

I just did a MLS search of handicapped accessible properties for sale in the Evansville market and came up with 36. Give me a call and we can see if any of these will fit your needs. I am very familiar with handicapped accessible and have built several homes with these modifications. Thanks Call 459-2125.

Have you asked a Realtor in your area? Where I am agents can access listings with your criteria. Good luck to you!
