OK

Who asked that question? . It was ridiculous. What is even more ridiculous are the agents who tried to answer the ridiculous question with ridiculous answers. According to the so called professional real estate agents, condos go from 0 to a million bucks each...lol ol lol boy was that info helpful. ( barf barf )

Now, you might say that aint fair...however if you think about it, Should a professional give out advice without having all the facts? NOOOOOO.

The only response a Professional should have given this question is...WHERE IS THE CONDO?

That mostly depends on area :-)

A beatiful condo in downtown jersey city might cost you more than say a condo in..

jersey city heights or journal square.

Here is a great 3 step system to narrowing down your search

Ask yourself

1. What areas am I looking?
2. How much can I afford
3. What do I need in a home, how many bedrooms? How many baths?

We use this simple 3 step system in our "Unique Homehunter Service" to let our buyers access all the homes by all real estate companies, including bank foreclosures, distress sales, builder close-outs, fsbo's and other hidden bargains..and hard to find deals.

That way they can beat out other buyers to the best deals as well as the newest and hottest listings.

You can get instant access to this, all this with no cost or obligation at.......

Hope that was helpful.

Happy House hunting,

Linden

I agree with the member as Lisc. Professionals we should know better than to offer specific answers to general questions..Home buyer enlist the help of a Real Estate Agent.. if you are not ready for that relationship sites like zillow( though flawed) and Trulia can help you navigate through different areas to find the 2br condo within your desired price range and locations..

Hi Okeh,

It really matter's what area you are in Jersey City. The Jersey City Real Estate Market Is Split. In Greenville your condo might be worth only 149,000 if that. But if your 2-bedroom condo is downtown you might be able to get .....

Ok Are you sitting........ $ 600,000 . That's right a great luxury condo with a view can fetch a premium price. That is not the Jersey City average. Journal Sq is more average of about $250,000! You can go to http://www.HomepricingNj.com Or http://www.NjHomeWorth.com to get a free Over-The Net Market evaluation.

Hope that helps. And Good Luck

Prices range from the low 200's to 1M. Location, age of builidng, views, condition, square footage, building amentities all factor in the price.
