Brenda: depending on how intresic you want your sea wall you will have to count around $10,000 for a 80 feet wide frontage. This is the estimate I've had for one property in Cape Coral.Of course I would have 3 biddings and if you can get around $100/linear foot as Steve is telling you, more power to you!
..and welcome to Cape Coral!

Hi Brenda,

It has been a few years since I built my seawall but it is around $100 per linear foot. If you need any additional help please feel free to call or email.

It will also be different depending on if it is fresh or salt water and how easily they can access the property.
