There is virtually no resale market for timeshare anymore. The market has collapsed and the stark truth is that most timeshares are worthless. Ebay is full of timeshare weeks unsold for only $1. The sellers would of course be quite happy to sell for even less just to rid themselves of timeshare.

You can sell it on eBay or list it with a timeshare broker. Look online for others selling timeshares and check out some of their websites.

You will need to find a Realtor that is licensed and specializes in Timeshares.

Hi Ann - where is your timeshare located? Scott is right, there are companies that deal specifically with marketing time share properties - it is important that you check with your management company first however, and review your deed/legal description paperwork, because there may be rules regarding the offering. Best of luck!

Ann Timeshares require a company tat deals with them specifically. if it is in the USA then use a realtor from the area that is in that area of your time share that is experienced in tiomeshares. if you dont know any or it is out of teh country, try Century 21 Timeshare sales. You can alos try the complex it is in, they may have their own sales office.

good luck with your sale
