I have a new company in Chicago that I use with no over head added to prices. They are low cost and they handle all management needs. The partners have many years of real estate knowledge and could give you a lot of help and advice. Let me know if you would like a free consultation and I will contact them for you. They have really helped me out.

Having been a property investor & landlord for almost twenty years now, I started PM for some of my real estate clients & others who found out I manage for myself, so why not manage for others. Because I have little overhead, I charge much less than the big management first who have a "staff." My accounting system is run through Quickbooks and my bookkeeper reconciles all the different accounts (clients) on a monthly basis. My advice is to find someone local who is already doing this and see if they will take your case.

Most Coldwell Banker offices offer property management services. Call and ask. If they do not know, they will very likely know a good reputable company to recommend. Good luck.
