A market analysis would have to be done for the rental. My team can definitely provide you with the analysis and the right marketing of the property.

I don't really have an answer for you, but if you do make a decision, please email me - I am an American currently living in South Africa. We have a 150 acre equestrian estate here and have become interested in returning to South Florida by August. Ideally we would like to lease for 1-2 years while we reorganize to buy. Your property sounds perfect... Let me know what decision you make!
Thanks,
Jeff Swain
