Howard,

Oak Hill is an "area" of Jacksonville, just like Mandarin and Arlington are areas of Jacksonville. There are many communities within the Oak Hill area, and hardly any of them have home owner association fees. I have a home listed for sale in Cedar Hills Estates, that is in the Oak Hill area, and it doesn't have any HOA fees. You can check out the details of the house via the link below.

Thanks,

There are certain areas that DOES HAVE hoa fees. The fees are generally due every year and not on a quarterly basis, depending upon what area you desire to move in. Also the realtor can answer this question as well, how much and how often.

Oak Hill is a rather large subdevelopement on the Westside of Jacksonville and looking it up on the MLS, there is no HOA dues in Oak Hill. Further research would be necessary to confirm that, since Oak Hill is a large area of town.
