Jaime, This is not quite the right platform to learn the ropes. As a new agent you are best asking George, your broker. Hopefully one day you will get to work with some of the agents that have answered some of your questions. Every time you post a question it shows as an email in the inboxes of the agents subscribed to Trulia and it is being perceived as rude by some. As a courtesy, allow postings from legitimate customers.

Jaime you're doing just fine. The platform exists, and you asked a question. Ever platform is right for your learning process. If it wasn't for yoy , you wouldn't be here.
I doubt you mean harm and I doubt you'll abuse your own reputation.

Yes, many people do ask questions about specific areas as well as asking for suggestions.
