Chippewa Trail, Browns Mills NJ 08015 Is this area in the flood zone area...would it require flood ins.?

looking at homes in this area am concerned about flooding. Does the realtor have to inform us of this problem?

Hi Bev,
The Realtor really does not know. However your mortgage company you are using will find out during the mortgage process if the home really is in the flood zone. If you are still worried just have your Realtor or Attorney put in contingency for the property being in a non-flood zone. Meaning "this contract of sale is contingent the home not being in a flood zone. Call me if you have any questions 609-456-8360 Tony
