Size and amenities on the pool will make a huge difference on cost. Low would be at least $20,000
With the high as much as $150,000. However we have thirteen pools each with a hot tub. And there are some homes for sale that already have a pool. We would be happy to send you any listings that may fit your criteria. Simply let us know what is your interest.

Thanks for your helpful reply! We haven't seen many listings with pools in our low price range of 50K- 120K in GV- we also want a nice view from the back of the house.... Kind of hard to find, it seems, except maybe in Rio Rico....

We live seasonally in Green Valley(summer in CO) Why, with the GVR pools, would you want the expense of your own pool? Great area, whatever your decision

We had a quote a couple of years ago for a small, very deluxe pool, with waterfall, etc. for $45,000. We had the self cleaning feature which costs extra. For one not deluxe it would be half that probably. Google pool places in Tucson and call them. It is no longer the "high season" here so they may be able to spend some time with you on the phone.

While the price will clearly vary depending on size, finishes, filtering options etc...a good range is around $20,000 to $30,000--like everyone else that has been adversely impacted by the downturn in the housing market--so have pool contractors. Shop around, consider doing it "off-season" and you will most likely get your best deal.

Hello,

It depends on the size, depth and finishes you choose. On the small end, probably $20,000 and on the larger end probably $30,000-$40,000. We had a large, deep pool with a pebble sheen finish done a few years ago in Green Valley for about $40,000.

I hope that helps! Good Luck with your move-You'll love it down here!

I called the local pool company and got this answer: the minimum cost is about $20,000 and prices can obviously go up to whatever you want. He just did one at $140,000.

Just to make sure you understand, there are many public pools here and the need for an individual one may not be as great.

Please call me when you are ready to start looking here in Green Valley.

Thank for the inquiry.
