I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IT MEANS BY WASHER/DRYER DO NOT CONVEY.

The sellers of the home are removing the washer and dryer and taking it with them when the house is sold.

Yep, the washer and dryer don't stay with the house. This is pretty normal.

Anything is negotiable, so if it's important to you, ask for it in the offer.

You must be trying to buy a house without using a REALTOR. Not a good idea. Your agent would have been able to explain this one to you.
