in the 80's I was in orange county california. It had maybe 2-3 weeks it really felt hot, maybe 2-3 weeks it really felt cold.

That sounds like a better option. The only problem with cali is financial now. The state has tremendous financial troubles.

There is no getting aroung Florida's summer gets hot ! Our recommendation is to consider the coastal areas where there are daily breezes that offer a relief from the sun's heat and beaches are a short distance away.

We recommend visiting the southwest gulf coast between Sarasota and Ft. Myers a most beautiful location.

Good luck

I am originally from Philadelphia. I went to LaSalle High School then Drexel. I moved down to Jacksonville 12 years ago. Jacksonville has a very nice climate. You feel like there is all 4 seasons. Currently the pricing on homes is ridiculously low. I am available at anytime to consult and would be happy to assist you with any additional questions you may have. Please contact me at any time!
