I've found 242 properties that have inground pool here in the tri-county area of Tampa Bay Florida, click the link below. Please call me to arrange a time to view it. If there are any other properties that you'd like to know more about, please send me the addresses or listing numbers and I'll be happy to research them and provide you with additional information.

Note: Remember, these listings are from the MLS and each listing office offers me the opportunity to sell these listings to you. Please contact me and not the listing agent. I represent you, the Buyer; the listing agents always represent the Seller.

The answer to your question is YES!. There are a few single family homes priced $100,000 and under. There are many more condos priced $100,000 and under.

Consider what features are important to you besides the pool? As you add features the number of homes that meet your features list will diminish. Keep in mind that properties offering a lot of features at the $100,000 price point will create a lot of buy interest.

To capture the oppotunity when you find the house, meet with your lender and get pre approved. Jordan has left his contact information below. When you are pre approved you will have buying power which means you can write an offer and have it seriously considered by the Seller.

You can use my website http://www.just-listed.mobi with your smart phone. It works best with a smart phone. If you see something that you like send me a text. I will anticipate hearing from you.

Hi Ernesto,

These are the ones I suggest, they all need some work but you can get an FHA 203K mortgage to include repairs (even a new roof if needed):

THe 2 bedroom in Copperfield can easily have 3 bedrooms with a wall being re installed.

If you're not already working with a Realtor, I can help you find the right home for a great price.

All the best,
Alma

There are 35 homes in with an inground pool priced under $100,000. That's a little over 1% of the total number of houses for sale in Tampa. You can find them, but they are not very many.

Ernesto,

Yes. Finding a pool home at the price you want is going to be directly related to the available jobs in the area. With gas prices and lifestyle, you may or may not want the commute.

The Pinellas County office market is located within the Tampa Bay Metropolitan Statistical area (MSA), and over the past six months this MSA experienced a notable improvement in both job growth and unemployment rate.

Nearly 56,000 jobs were lost in 2009 and 2010 within the Tampa Bay MSA, but over the first few months in 2011, the area experienced positive job growth, adding 3,130 new jobs since year-end 2010. Additionally, Tampa Bay’s latest seasonally adjusted unemployment rate (February 2011) fell seven-tenths of a percentage point over the same time period, currently registering 11.5%.

Following the slow improvement in the local economy and employment market will be the strengthening of home prices in the area. Depending on your timing – with interest rates – you very well may find MANY nice homes under 100,000 with pools.

You should get with a local agent to help you out on this. If you need a referral let me know as I do know some Florida agents
