There is both types of construction in Essex Pointe, yet the majority of it is frame. There are some concrete block constructed homes there as well. It's a mix of both, the best way to find out if you are leaning toward brick or wood is to get a Realtor to set you up with homes in the area from the Auto-MLS and put in you criteria of price, size, brick or wood etc...
