I'm a real estate investor in this county and I'll give you some honest advice about Savanna Club (I'm not a realtor and have no agenda to push up values).
Savannah Club is a nice looking place with golf course, pool area, tennis, etc. The problem is that it is a 55+ community and these areas are traditionally VERY DIFFICULT to resell, especially in a subdivision like this one where there are MANY units available. In addition, these are mobile homes and that can pose a problem in Florida (we are prone to hurricanes).
So, it really depends on what your goals are. If you're looking to sell your house in PA and move down here to retire cheaply, then it's not such a bad deal. However, make sure you buy REALLY CHEAP and don't buy it with the intention of reselling it. I get calls on this subdivision on a weekly basis, and sellers are willing to unload them for under $20,000 (with them owning the land). Meanwhile, I have seen several realtors list these mobiles in the $100k + price range.
Send me a message If you're still interested in this subdivision. I can probably forward one of these sellers to you next time I get a call.
