Good morning Suzanne, only allows advertisements for listings by Realtors. I'd recommend you list your property with a Realtor.

Selling by Owner is a daunting process; having sold my own house, and I'm in the business, I don't recommend it. Find a great local realtor and get your home sold.

Sqearly of Sparta TN,
Data appearing on Trulia is obtained from a 3rd party data aggregator, ListHub. These aggregators take the liberty to spindle, fold, staple, mutilate, suppress, change, and delete data as they choose. Data such as property size, price, status, and those elements most important to determining value can not be corrected or edited by the real estate professionals participating on Trula.
If you are serious about making a real estate purchase you should not rely on the data appearing on aggregate websites. Data appearing on aggregare websites like Zillow and Trulia is for entertainment purposes. If you are serious, you need to use serious data resources. The most comprehensive, reliable, timely, accurate, responsible, accountable and relevant database is your local Multiple Listing Service. Any Realtor(r) in Sparta can provide you FREE access. Give one of them a call...if you are serious.
No. don't use that "contact' button.
No, don't use Trulia email.
Go old school and call. ... if you are serious.

Best of success to you,

good question. The clerk of court's office in the county you live should have on record a mortgage that has been recorded (that is however if the person who owns the house took out a mortgage as opposed to paying cash.) If they did take out a mortgage and have paid it in full then there will also be recorded with the county a satisfaction of mortgage which means the person has paid off the mortgae in full. If NO mortgage is recorded then chances are the person paid cash for the house.
