Set up a search using those parameters. The automated system is pretty good at mailingh newlisting taht fit your wants onc3 you do that.
Be smart, however and do a search on any property you are interested in.It is not uncommon- sadly- to find a home listed fraudulently. It could be listed at 1000 here and 1500on another site. Distrust non local area codes (614, 740 are local). Good luck ... more

Still in the market for a home on Deer Meadow? There happens to be a listing that's only been on the market for 25 days. It looks beautiful. Give me a shout if you still have an interest!

The process for getting pre-approved should take anymore than a day or two unless you have complicated credit or employment issues to work through. I would recommend starting the process no later 45 days prior to your targeted move out date as your biggest problem will be finding a home.

Best of Luck!

If you are asking questions to a real estate agent, the answer is simple. There is little to no compensation for finding a tenant. On a real estate home sale, we get paid a commission that is worth our time and expertise. Showing a rental to a rental client results in little to no pay once splits are met. Most often, spending hours researching, scheduling, and then emailing the rental client only ends to have that client drop off the planet because they have already found another rental on their own. ... more

That's a loaded question (referring to credit). Concerning things 20 yrs old, they shouldn't still be there..? It is difficult to give specific advice when we don't have the full picture.. However, there are certain rules for say an FHA loan that limit collections etc. Depends on the collective balance. The short answer is, YES, there are options out there for fair credit. If you have add'l questions, I would be happy to help. Best wishes otherwise, Kimberly Lawson, Ohio licensed mortgage loan originator. This rental posting is a scam. I was searching rentals last year and it was so frustrating weeding through all of the scams vs. legit rentals. Scammers will take houses that are for sale and post a rental ad. A couple tips to alert you it's a scam from my experience searching rentals, first I always googled the address to see if it was listed for sale, if so it's probably a scam (you can call the the listing agent to double check if they're really willing to rent), if they want money up front or if they want to have a friend/neighbor meet you to show the house because they're "traveling", if they give way too much info about themselves and their situation and finally if the rental price seems too good to be true it probably is. You can also report ads as scams on the rental sites you visit and they'll pull the ad. If you can afford it you can have a realtor help you find rentals. Good luck with your search! ... more

There really is not much in Gahanna at that price range in the way of houses. There are a few apartments and townhomes that rent in the 600-700 range. Most homes are starting around $950-1600 depending on size and how many bedrooms. Penny Lane mews is a apartment community in Gahanna that has 2-3 bedrooms. They advertise on craigslist alot so you could look them up to take a look at any pics. ... more
