Set up a search using those parameters. The automated system is pretty good at mailingh newlisting taht fit your wants onc3 you do that.
Be smart, however and do a search on any property you are interested in.It is not uncommon- sadly- to find a home listed fraudulently. It could be listed at 1000 here and 1500on another site. Distrust non local area codes (614, 740 are local). Good luck ... more

The process for getting pre-approved should take anymore than a day or two unless you have complicated credit or employment issues to work through. I would recommend starting the process no later 45 days prior to your targeted move out date as your biggest problem will be finding a home.

This rental posting is a scam. I was searching rentals last year and it was so frustrating weeding through all of the scams vs. legit rentals. Scammers will take houses that are for sale and post a rental ad. A couple tips to alert you it's a scam from my experience searching rentals, first I always googled the address to see if it was listed for sale, if so it's probably a scam (you can call the the listing agent to double check if they're really willing to rent), if they want money up front or if they want to have a friend/neighbor meet you to show the house because they're "traveling", if they give way too much info about themselves and their situation and finally if the rental price seems too good to be true it probably is. You can also report ads as scams on the rental sites you visit and they'll pull the ad. If you can afford it you can have a realtor help you find rentals. Good luck with your search! ... more

Most homes are starting around $950-1600 depending on size and how many bedrooms. Penny Lane mews is a apartment community in Gahanna that has 2-3 bedrooms.
