Hi Cj

What a great neighborhood! Yes there are 11 homes for sale right now. The average price is $367, however there is one priced at 312!. The HOA is approx 185 a month and includes a pool and club house with fitness center. As far as resale, this is a tough market, however if the home is priced with in market value and has been prepared for sale correctly it should sell. If you would like to see any of the homes there or in the area, or have any other questions, please give me a call at 215 340-3500x189 You can also email me at

I don't think it's a rumor. In most cases, the public works will provide the sewer system TO. From the home TO the sewer system, the homeowner usually pays for the costs of the lines and the sewer tap. I don't know off hand what solutions Doylestown my have, but I am sure you can call them and find out first hand. The report below was as of February this year. So they are still, most likely, in the planning phase. The report finds that it is the soil which is causing the septic problems. OK. Trulia is not accepting the link. The link below is a google search and the first response (showin "pdf") shows you the study information.

Are you thinking of purchasing or selling property in that area? Contact me if I can be of any assistance in your real estate needs.

Hi Bill,

Yes they do exist. I have actually sold homes in this development and setttled on one on Brookside Drive in January 2009. This is a "Hertigage Built" Community with lots of homes built!!! Please let me know what information that you may need as I work with Heritage and many other builders in terms of buyer representation, which is free to you! Finally, there are some very good incentives in this development.
