Starwood is a much more desirable community than Stonebriar.. Starwood for one is much newer, larger homes, and a and a more well kept up grounds community. It has the best school district being Collin County, versus Stonebriar, being zoned for Lewisville school district. Starwood even has its own Excellent Montisorry School on the premiss for Elementaey age students.
Starwood has a strict homeowners association, so you are safer buying a home and knowing your neighbors home will be kept up.The Home Owners Dues have been lower in Starwood than in Stonebriar. There are also water falls, shaded trails, with winding creeks in Starwood Also, in Starwood,.there is a brand new fitness center and a beautiful Community Pool.

It varies depending upon the apartment and your consumption. Some apartments are built to be more energy efficient than others. Some people are comfortable at a room temperature of 78 degrees during summer and some at 75. I have a friend who set hers at 73 degrees. ... more

Hi! I am curious how this turned out for you. We have an investor that is flipping a home into a senior living home on our street. Like you, we are in a neighborhood with an HOA and lots of children. There is a state statue that permits this here that overides our HOA bylaws. I am pretty upset. Our board says our hands are tied and this will be the first home like this in the neighborhood of 600 homes. ... more

My daughter went to the Elementary school that is within the community several years ago. It seems very social to me but with rear-entry garages, you can't really tell who is coming and going. I agree with the other agent---neighbors are a great source of information ;)

Many people fall in love with the Trails...
The great location with such easy access to Dallas Parkway, along with rolling landscaping, trees and of course exemplary-rated schools make it a favorite for most people when considering buying in Frisco. (Beware! Homes move pretty quickly in the Trails so don't wait to submit an offer if you like a home there).

James,

I'm not sure what you are asking. The link is for 11619 Gatesville Dr in Frisco.

Frisco is a wonderful place to live! If you'd like to get crime info I would suggest contacting the local police department as they will have the most accurate info.

Ligia,
Did you move into the neighborhood? What do you think if the train noise now? It's my primary concern as the tracks are very close to the house we're considering. Probably will not buy, but appreciate the discussion here and the idea of asking the neighbors around the house for sale.
