Sharron..Taxes are 2.586 and full taxes currently are $3095.00 without homestead being reflected. There is a homestead currently on the property which should reduce that amount about $300-500 yearly. HOA is $120 per year. Please feel free to contact me if you would be interested in viewing this home. It shows well!

Hello Marcella,

The house on Apple Blossom is under contract, and scheduled to close in mid-March. The bedroom sizes are 16x14, 13x12 and 12x12. It is possible that the contract could fall through and the house would be back on the market. I will be happy to keep an eye on it for you. There are other houses in that area that might meet your needs. Please call me if I can help you find something. My number is 713-562-5888.

Clint,

Taxes for this home are a llittle under $18,000, before homestead exemptions. I will check on the light bill. It will not likely be accurate, though, as their usage may be drastically different from what yours.
