I think you're probably right about hiring someone to do the work. I think a lot of people convince themselves that they can do any job that comes up around their house. But in reality, a lot of jobs require professional experience to be done right. Hiring a company to do work like this could make your life a lot easier in the long run.

I don't have any recommendations. I don't have experience with concrete contractors. I have been in need of one for a while though. I also need some concrete poured, but on the side of my house. I dug up the grass and everything, now I just need to pour the concrete. http://www.kwiatkowskiconcrete.com/services ... more

The source that Trulia is getting the feed from says public records. This means that even if Trulia deleted the pictures, your pictures are still on 100s of other websites. Eventually the pictures would appear again on Trulia. With the internet age I have not found out how to permanently remove something once it goes on and goes public.

Let me know if you are able to accomplish this task.

best wishes.

Hi boombay545,

That's a good question! You should work directly with an agent who can help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!

Best,
Ali, Trulia Voices Community Manager

Pmb,

It's a townhome. This posting on Trulia was fed from another site, which only distinguished between single family vs. multi-family.
I did speak to the listing agent and as I suspected this unit was already sold (it says it's on Trulia over 180 days)

There are at least 13 other units in this area with at least 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths currently available priced from $155K (2 bedroom 2 bath) to $235K (2 bedroom 2.5 bath).

If you are interested in seeing these listings or others in the area near Kendall Park, feel free to contact me at PruMaryNJ@aol.com, with your contact info and what/where you are looking for, and I will be happy to send you the listings.

Alternately you can call me at 908-675-0167 for a no obligation discussion.
