If you put a new A/C and heating system in your home, you are more likely sell faster and close without problems. Yes, I recommended you do so. Most A/C systems have a heat pump system that is sufficient for providing heat for your home. The size of the A/C should be 1 ton for every 400 square feet. Check with your A/C guy, this info is specific to FLA. LOL. Especially if you are using the R44 coolant, it is no longer a viable system and it would be looked at as a liability and future expense for any buyer.
