We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the 'Rent' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Select your preferred property type, square footage, allowed pets, etc.
5. Click the orange 'Done' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.

If you are interested in a listing, click on the "Request Viewing" button. You can also take advantage of our vast network of agents here:

Good Morning
Depending on the time of day going from Trophy Club to downtown Fort Worth is anywhere from 45 minutes to over an hour. Not really sure where in Fort Worth you are going to the bottleneck right now tends to be at 35 and 820 and then there is often a second bottleneck as you approach Northside drive heaading into downtown. Coming back 820 again will slow things down and then there is a second slow down at the 287 split where the lanes go down to 2. Hope this helps!

Some of the answers that have preceeded mine contain valuable information. The first thing you need to do is contact an experienced Realtor and discuss your personal situation. We need to talk about where you are going to work, and what your capabilities are. Whether you are buying ro renting, the school question remains the same. Everybody will tell you the schools are best in their neighborhood; don't believe it. On average, the schools in the big cities are not as well rated as the smaller, suburban school districts. We will need to discuss finances; for example, ---can you afford to live in the best school districts? There are many things to consider.

The DFW metroplex is a lovely area, and I have been selling & leasing homes here for over 30 years. I think I can guide you in the right direction, and provide you with enough infomation to make an intelligent decision. Different subdivsions have different personalities, and we can talk about what you want for your children. I just recently helped a single mom with 3 girls get settled here. There are many nice parks and areas for the kids to play in. We even have a nice park just for dogs!

Give me a call if you want friendly, personalized service.

Rodney... A bit more information I would like to share with you:

ISD in Texas mean Independent School District. In some states this would equal your local
school boundary guidelines.

Here is a link that will take you straight to the school ratings in Fort Worth: Fort Worth ISD
Fort Worth encompasses many,MANY schools and is very widespread.

Carroll ISD - home to New Orleans Superbowl hero - Garrett Hartley:

The Carroll Independent School District currently operates five elementary schools, three intermediate schools, two middle schools and two high schools. These eleven schools are attended by approximately 8,000 students who live in Southlake, Grapevine, and Westlake.

Depending on your desired location in reference to work commute, infrastructure,HOA's with very active child oriented activities: Northwest ISD

Northwest ISD has been selected as the winner of the 2011 District Excellence Award for Digital Learning. Only three school districts in the nation will receive this honor, and NISD was declared the first place recipient amongst the other two.

An area that was nationally recognized as one of the nation's fastest growing communities is Keller ISD:…

Closer to the Lake: Eagle Mountain

You will find highly rated middle and high schools in several school districts. If you could share with me your desired commute and what your expectations are of the school (such as computer sciences, sports, musical departments,gymnastics,teacher/student ratios, special needs etc...)

Middle school transition can be seamless when a child realizes his/her strengths and develops them by being involved in activities that increase their confidence in these areas. This also provides a smooth transition to high school.

Let me know if I can assist you in either buying or selling your home. Your emphasis on school ratings is prevalent in my mind so I will be working with you to ensure your child/ren attend the schools that exceed your expectations. One area I must caution you about it due to the continual growth in North Texas, school boundaries are subject to change. We will want to ensure that your are in a location that if this should happen, you select an area that is rated high as a total district.

Yes, there are many highly regarded schools in this area. I have a booklet with Texas ratings of the schools. I've scanned in the pages if you'd like it, I'm happy to provide. However, keep in mind that one parent's definition of "good school" may differ greatly from your family's definition of "good school", so be careful when listening to friends' and co-worker's and other advice. If what you value in a school is not what someone elses values, then you're hearing misguided advice. To you it may be curriculum, but to another parent it may be one thing only: TAKS test scoring. To another parent it may be student to teacher ratio, or extra-curricular activities. Know what means more to you, then work with an agent who can help you find THAT type of school and area and neighborhood. I'd be happy to share these resources with you and your family. Feel free to contact me via telephone or email: 817-223-5435.

Kind Regards,

Hi Mariana,

There are three school districts that feed into the city of Grand Prairie: Grand Prairie ISD, Mansfield ISD, and Arlington ISD. There are two great websites that you can go to!

What are you & your husband looking for in your new home (i.e price range, # of bdrms/bths, sq footage, new or preowned, etc.). I would be more than happy to assist! I've been a Grand Prairie resident for 21 yrs. I specialize in the sales of brand new homes in the DFW area. Please feel free to call or email me at your convenience.

I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Make it a Blessed Day!

I agree with DiAnne. Especially with the part about Northwest and Decatur ISD. I am a little more partial to Decatur because I live in Wise County(Paradise) and work in Decatur. Academically, you just can't go wrong with either of those two school districts AND if your child is in to sports, BOTH are outstanding those areas as well. Wise County is a little slower pace but still close enough to the "BIG" city that you can still get there easily.

Visiting an area is always the best if you are close enough to do that. Pictures aren't always worth a thousand words when checking a home out ONLY through the MLS sheet. Drive the neighborhood and see for yourself. If I can help you in any way, PLEASE email me with your criteria. I too sell all of Wise, Parker and Tarrant Counties.
