I've shown this home. The master is on the second floor and to be honest, i don't remember where the laundry room is. I think it was on the first floor, but, I can't be sure. If you have any other questions about this or any other home, please give me a call.

Hi J,

To answer your question, below is the link for the Keller ISD boundary map.

Also, I have included a second link that I've personally found helpful when researching how schools and their district rank state wide.

Hope that helps!

You need to talk with a Realtor. It sounds like you are thinking about selling a home in Arlington Heights. My office is right down the street from there. I know the area pretty well. Keep in mind, we have been in a very unusual market over the last five years and that data may not give you a true reflection of today's fair market value.

If you would like to give me a call, I would be happy to discuss it with you.

Thank You,
John Reaves

So all the realtors who have commented below say "YES, you should buy in Fairmont and the prices will rise" and all the people who live or have lived there, looked at investing there, or know people who live there say "NO, you should not buy, there is crime, gangs, hype over the revitalization, etc".

Look at what motivates people and you'll find who is telling the truth.
