Hi" My name is Joe Jimenez,. I am a Real Estate-Investor in San Jose Ca. ...Whom seeks properties where ever I can find a nice "Rehab" property in an area of demand.

Below is the link to Crime-Mapping which explains why there information on crime is the most current. Likely because there information comes directly from your state/city police crime records division.....

Below is the direct link to Crime Mapping ,com: It's simple,..Just put in your address for real close view or zip code, then select your state and your local city police department. Once there" change the one week view to past 6 months which is max for history viewing... " BE READY TO SAY WOW""

As an investor I need to always know where to find the most current accurate information. I hope this helps all.. and keeps you aware of what going on in your neighborhood.

On a side note: Anyone with knowledge of a great property (for Sale) and in need of major improvements, Please email me at : ( no caps required in email)

The listings on our site are not posted directly by Trulia. Rather, we provide a platform for homeowners, property managers, and real estate agents to post listings for their properties. If you would like to get in contact with the property manager, please use the Contact Box in the upper left hand corner of the property page. Additionally, some property managers/homeowners may list their phone number directly on the property page as well. Unfortunately, we cannot provide additional contact information if it is not listed on the property page and do not have control over how quickly or if a property manager/homeowner responds to your inquiry.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Thank you for using Trulia!

Why are you wanting to terminate your listing agreement? Is it something that your agent isn't delivering? I would suggest that you talk to her/his broker.

Have you asked your agent about this? What did she/he say? The appraiser from your lender will measure the home. Also ask the seller why they list the home at 1300 square feet.
