Hi Dick,

The sold information that we display comes from data made available by the county assessor's office. We make updates to our site weekly with the new information that becomes available, however there can be as much as a three-month lag between the time a transaction takes place, and the time that data becomes available to us.

I encourage you to check back with us later for information on more recent sales.

Best Wishes,

Emily Gibson

I'm not sure if you received an answer to this question yet. I have been out of town, but my research shows this property as still actively for sale since March 2011. There is an expired listing of this property from 2005 in the archives but I don't see where it is "off the market" on any of my sites. Hope this helps!

Hi Kris,

Thank you for your question. We have looked into your account and we did not find a paid subscription charge of $50. Our subscription plans are for real estate professionals and agents- the plans are $19, $39 and $79.

If this is incorrect and you believe you did get a charge, or you have additional questions, please contact us at customerservice@trulia.com.

Cheers,

Jenny of Trulia
