This home was up for sale in '07, '08 and '09 but did not sell according to the MLS and tax records. There are quite a few homes similar to it on the market right now though. If you'd like a list of those homes just email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'd be happy to send them out to you. And if this one goes on the market again, I can let you know that as well.... more

Yes - It is available again. Looks like their pending deal fell through. They have actually had an accepted offer twice - both fell through. Could be an inspection issue - I would need to check it out for you. They have NOT dropped the price much over the last 210 days. Starting at $75,750 when first listed on 8/15/08 to it's current price of $69,900.
I would be happy to get you more information and to show you the property on Seminole - just email me at email@example.com.... more
Sometimes Trulia will just feature a property location that may or may not be on the local market. They showcase it because they want to show whats available in that area. Once the house goes pending, they remove the details apparently, because I just checked on a recent pending sale of my own and see that is what they have done with it as well.
The best thing you can do is look around to see what might be available, firm up in your mind what is important to you in your next home as to price, features, style, location and then contact a local agent and let them go to work for you to find just the right place. Jared has been on Trulia sometime and is good at answering questions, give him a call! Good luck!... more
