I live in Fort Walton Beach and the FWB area is definitely quieter with regard to spring break. Destin and Pensacola Beach are "busier" and Panama City Beach is probably the most "active" in the panhandle.
It seems the FWB area attracts more families with kids while Panama City Beach attracts more of the college crowd.
That said, all panhandle areas are choke full of people, just different crowds.

There are 40 units currently for sale in the Waterscape complex. Only three are in the C building. The asking prices range from $250K to $970K. Some of those have been on the market for quite a while. There were 33 units sold in 2013 at an average sq ft price of 281 a square foot. Your unit is a top floor unit and depending on the upgrades. It should comp out above 350 at this time. I would need to preview the property and assess interior condition and furnishings.
I can do an in-depth analysis if you care.

Most of these units have been on rental programs. These condo's are fairly old and some , not all are being upgraded over time. This entire area is definately rebounding. These units are across the street from the beach. The HOA does not include much beyond the standard insurance and trash pickup. I can give you more details if you are interesed in viewing the properties. ... more
