This place is awful. There is literally some old guy that has nothing better to do than walk around the community with a clipboard and write citations. I was about to move out and my truck was towed because of a flat tire. They tried telling me that my car wasn't registered into the system which is complete bull ----. Stay away from this place. They will give you nothing but problems. The walls in the apartment are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors and get woken up by them. ... more

Depending on the listing, it could possibly be the only photo listed. Contacting a licensed realtor could allow you to see if there are anymore photos in MLS or you could go ahead and schedule a showing if you are interested in seeing inside the property.

Hope that is helpful!

Selling your home for top dollar, as quickly as possible will require exposure and effort. I'd love the opportunity to show you how I sell homes. I have a track record of taking over listings that hadn't sold in 6 months, and then selling them within a few short weeks for more than any other offer the seller had received. But don't believe me sir, I can provide actual addresses and customer referrals to verify what I do. I am a SWFL native, and offer a level of effort that few can match. ... more

Jim Barbour answered:
The number of foreclosed properties on Fort Myers Beach and throughout Southwest Florida has dropped significantly in the past couple of years. As a Realtor who has assisted dozens of buyers in acquiring foreclosed homes and condos, I tell my customers today to look at all properties that are on the market. With the reduction in distressed properties, it is not unusual today to find a competitively priced condo that is a better value than a foreclosure if it existed in the same building. To put it another way, foreclosures always grab buyers attention, but may not be the best buy on the market. Feel free to email me at swfljim@comcast.net. I would be glad to provide you with both foreclosure opportunities as well as non-distressed condos for sale on Fort Myers Beach. ... more
