What is up with this company? ... more

If you are not currently working with an agent, I'd be happy to schedule a showing for you.

Working with a Buyer's agent is smart because they will be compensated by the seller, bot the Buyer, and then you get biased, personalized, professional representation.

You can call or email me to set up a day we can meet and take you to see that condo, and/or any other properties that interest you.

Jennifer Ferri answered:
There are a few reasons for the large number of foreclosures in Fort Myers or Florida for that matter.

One being that a lot of people bought a second home and could not continue to maintain it for whatever reasons, or even that they were upside down on the mortgage ; another reason is that during the down turn of the economy people have lost jobs and therefore the home, a few had second mortgages on the property and they just couldn't keep up.

However, on the up side, there have been many of those home that have allowed people to afford to buy a home at a reasonable price.
