It would never be a bad time to invest around Fort Meade there is a constant flow of military and civilian personnel moving all the time for normal mission requirements and rotations of both military and civilian personnel many of then never buy they just go around renting. Just like others buy every where they go, like I did! In my 24 years of military service. I will be copious with condos because if high fees and the possibility of defaults that could increase your cost.

Investors go, just call and get a good financial strategy plan and funds to cover possible unplanned expenses. Always recommend getting a home warranty per unit as it is tax deductible and control your maintenance expenses.

Best of luck to all investors.
