My marketing plan sells homes on an average of 22 days. I have devised a way to put buyers and seller together with my "Full Active Marketing" plan. Give me a call and we can set up a time when you're free to do a listing presentation and I can show you what I am talking about.

Are the properties overpriced, I wonder--there is movement when they are priced on target for today's market--too many sellers are lagging as they are not adjusting properly--keep in mind a home is worth what someone is willing to pay for it; it doesn’t matter what the seller “needs” or potential buyers can afford to spend-- market conditions do matter as does the immediacy for a transaction to take place--finding a buyer is all about price and excellent marketing. ... more

Meryd,

If you sell now, you probably won't make the profit you can make several years down the road, however you can probably make a great purchase in NYC. When the market turns to a seller's market again and prices start to rise, you're not going to be able to make the great deal in NYC. It is a trade off.

Things to consider, how long will it take to sell your Ft. Lee property and what will it sell in today's market.

If you have any additional questions, please let me know. I'll be happy to assist.

Sincerely,

Walter J. Burns
