The upper tab with a "RENT" label can give you ideas about rentals. If you are not satisfied with the answers, try looking for a Realtor here to help you find your house rental. Where do you plan to rent a house in Houston, by the way? We need to know which location so we can recommend you some good places to look for. ... more

This Rental shows as Ridgemont Elementary on HAR.COM but since boundaries change, you need to verify.

Hi Joyce,

My son-in-law just graduated from UT's dental school last spring. He and my daughter (who worked at Texas Children's Hospital) lived in a 2 bed condo near enough for him to bike to school and she was able to commute via bus to a corner nearby and then walk home; which eliminated parking for both of them.

The rental for their condo is now at $1400; It is a 2 bedroom, however it is in a gated complex with a resort style pool, etc. There are other options in the area, but with Houston's current market, realistically, you are looking at a 1-2 bed (not 3) for $1000. I'd love to help you find the perfect home with an easy commute to school and near enough to all the social venues that your classmates frequent!

Don't hesitate to contact me anytime at or 713-594-4106.

My best,

Dana Khan
