John Burke answered:
Hi Xiodioc336,

That's going to be "tight" when it comes to your debt to income ratios (DTI).
Do you have any other debt like a car loan, credit cards or student loans?

With the numbers you provided your DTI is 44.833% & the maximum on Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac loan is 45% so you can't have any other debt & qualify. That leaves you with either FHA as an option or a portfolio loan.

Take a look at the recommendations from some of my past clients on my Trulia profile by clicking the link below my phone number.

Please feel free to contact me for more information or help.

It depends on the Realtor. The wrong one can cost you a lot of money. Hire an Exclusive Buyer's Agent to represent you. EBAs represent homebuyers only so there is no conflict of interest to jeopardize your negotiating position.Visit for a referral.

I just completed a disastrous and frustrating agreement with Clickit. It got to be so bad that I sent them a message to refund my money and stop attempting to list my property. As you might imagine, they started jumping through hoops to make it happen, but continued to fail miserably.

After I told them 3 times to stop their attempts to list, they did it anyway. Of course, the owner called and told me they wanted to make sure I was a happy customer...but it was way too late. Ten days of back and forth emails...
