Kindredsoul, did you decide to put your home on the market?

If not, you may have been lucky- selling prices have gone up in most towns in Ocean and Monmouth Counties.

If you text, call or email me and give me the name of your town, I'd be glad to give you a 5 month year-to-date comparison of 2013 vs 2012, including number of sales, median selling price, number of homes currently in the market, and the real estate absorption rate. That last one is important, and if you're not familiar with it I'd be glad to explain what it is and why it's important.

Robin; I can send you an area 'snap shot" of homes listed and sold in the recent past. It is provided by a 3rd party company that pulls the information from the Monmouth/Ocean MLS. You could unsubscribe at anytime as you wish. It only comes via an email. Shall I send it to you? The MLS system shows what has been spoken about below. The question is; are you interested in 4 bedrooms in a cape or ranch or a colonial. Does it have a basement, on the water, near the parkway? I can get you the exact facts with just a few questions, call me.
Robin I try to help folks like you get the information you need. Call me on my cell at 732-778-9933 or email me at There is so much information on the net most people need a guide to get to the specifics you need answered.
