Just so you know, contacting the listing agent on any home is not a good idea. They are hired by the owner/seller/bank to represent THEM...not the buyer. They will do it, but there can be a lot of issues that come up during negotiations when you would not be clear on whether they are working in your best interest...which they wouldn't be because they will be working in the sellers best interest. You might not ever know if the information you have disclosed to them (the listing agent) in confidence was kept from the sellers. This is where many lawsuits have been born.
I recommend enlisting the services of a buyer's agent. It is a FREE service to you, because the seller has already agreed to pay this fee in the original listing agreement.
