Hi Ben,
I have worked with many foreclosures, and know the real estate investor world quite well with forclosures. I have helped some of the top real estate investors in the country with their purchases. I would be happy to work with you on this or any property you are interested in. Please let me know if you are still looking at this property in particular or any other on the market.

A therapist or at least someone with considerable experience with foreclosures who if their honest will advise you that foreclosures are almost never the deal that the public assumes them to be.

I'm speaking from 35 years of experience and have attached a link below that I would suggest you read before doing anything else.

Best of luck to you, if you pursue foreclosures you're going to need it.

I can help you.
First, let's talk about getting your money in place so you're ready to submit an offer if we were to find a good buy for you. Cash or a Loan works fine and I'll explain the details of both.

Second, we will start looking for a good buy that matches your needs. Here's where we will start searching and refine.

Hello Ben,

Definitely choose an agent you would like to work with going forward and have them set up a search for you because that is the best way to be notified about new homes that are hitting the MLS. Also, 99.9% of foreclosures are listed in the MLS for sale. Many people think that is not the case but a lender, just like yourself, would want to get as much for the sale of a home as possible and the MLS puts the most eyes on a property and in the end will get the lender or any seller the highest possible sales price.

Hope this helps.

Hi Ben,

This condo sold back in 2012....If you are looking for reliable and up to date information on a new home your best bet will be the local public access to the MLS (Austinhomesearch.com)..All other sites are 3rd party and pull from years back till now....If you need help locating a new home I, or any other Realtor responding will be able to assist you. Hope this helps.

Hi, Ben.
This particular home is not on the market yet. It's being listed by a company that solicits subscriptions by advertising homes on Trulia that have been foreclosed on, but necessarily available for purchase.

A large percentage of homes that are posted for foreclosure never make it to the open market for a variety of reasons. If you'd like a list of available foreclosures or condos in the area, please don't hesitate contact me.
