shortsalesheep.com also has these listings, as well as most major lender REO sites

Hi John,

Dena mentioned checking out RealtyTrac and I just wanted to point out that Trulia's search results contain all of the listings featured on RealtyTrac. Just access the link below to view those listings.

Please note however that if you want information in addition to what we show you will be directed to RealtyTrac's site and they do charge for this information - although they are currently offering a 7-day free trial that you may want to take advantage of.

Best Wishes,

There are a number of sources for foreclosure sales. One source that is practically free is the local newspaper. Other websites include http://www.realtytrac.com, http://www.hudforeclosed.com, http://www.foreclosures.com, http://www.foreclosurefreeresearch.com. Or most realtors have access to that kind of information. If you are working directly with a realtor, they should be able to help you find the properties that meet your criteria.

Free? The info is usually in the local newspaper, auction @ the county courthouse. HUD forclosures are on their website. Or in this area Pyramid.com has the HUD properties. VA foreclosure can be found @ Ocwenbank.com. Hope I've been helpful.
