I have a link on my website that has the foreclosures listed from the major lenders. I am not sure what state you are looking in but this should help as it is consolidated.

If you are looking for the foreclosure list of homes that are going up for sale on the courthouse steps, then the best thing to do is find an area you are looking for--like a county. In the county I live in (Okaloosa, Florida), our website is http://www.clerkofcourts.cc/foreclosures. I have a blog on my website http://www.valeriesullivan.net that explains how that foreclosure process works. If you are looking for a list of homes that banks have already foreclosed on, either they area already listed with a realtor, or they are still holding them (red tape before they list it), but may still have it for sale--but not easy to find. The tricky part is finding out where to find it. The banks that I have lists for I specifically went to the banks, and asked for their web address so I could check back every so often. No matter what kind of searches I did on any given banks website, I couldn't find this information without talking to a human first (go figure!)
Hope this helps!
Good Luck!
