Hi, my husband and I grew up in Las Vegas so we are VERY familiar with the Las Vegas Valley. I graduated at Clark high school and he at Basic High school in Henderson. He is a home appraiser and a loan officer. I am also a loan officer. If you are looking to buy a home in Las Vegas, you need to be prequalified or just want to talk about our cool city. Please drop me a line. I can get you in touch with a Cracker Jack realtor. If you are interested in art take a look at my site at http://www.paintwithmaryrucker.com I have been really busy with the loan business but I would be glad to talk to you about art, kintting, crochet, kids, religion,Las Vegas, gardening, and whatever.

First and foremost, I welcome you to our wonderful city. The Las Vegas community offers an array of exciting opportunities for people from all over the world. We are a mecca for people looking for a city with the glitz, glamour and opportunity. Las Vegas Boasts 300+ days of sunshine, how can you beat that ?? Coming from Chicago, your days of shoveling snow are over!

The timing has never been better for a move to Las Vegas. The recent years have brought about a Real Estate Frenzy. Our market has been gooing through corrections and it is a SUPERB Buyers Market. I just received an e-mail today about a foreclosure for a 3700 SqFt home in a Master Planned community; bank can't sell it and they are asking 320K for the home. That is $86 per sqft, how can you beat that??

Good News, there is a huge population of people from Chicago in Las Vegas, they all have the same thing to say about Chicago. They all miss Chicago, but do not miss the weather. I trust your transition will be wonderful as our booming economy and low unemployment rate continues to point towards prosperity. As we speak there are Billions of Dollars being poured into new construction here in Las Vegas. Please take a look at project City Center by MGM-Mirage and new Palazzo Tower at the Venetian is scheduled to open soon as well. Station Casino's is a locals Casino Chain that is ranked high among America's Top 100 Best Places to work.

If there is any way I may be of service, please let me know. Just know what you have a big decision ahead of you and you do not have to go at it alone. E-mail me for additional info.

Thanks and Welcome,
Ken Herrera
