Ask you Realtor to please provide you with a list of REO properties and it always helps to work with a Realtor who knows the process.

If you are interested in Bank Owned properties that are on MLS, simply contact your favorite Realtor and ask for a REO or Bank Owned list...that simple

Consider working working with an agent of your own; most bank owned properties end up being listed by a broker. Keep in mind that not all online information regarding foreclosures may be accurate, nor up to date.

Your bests bet will be to contact a local Realtor. It won't cost you a thing and using an agent won't affect the cost of the property as far as the bank's concerned.
