Make sure you review your contract with an attorney. If you have some sort of contingency that hasn't been met, it's very possible you can back out. If you have a contingency with a home inspection and you do the inspection and realize there are problems the lender won't fix, you can back out for that reason. But if it's just because you changed your mind, you might have difficulties. Please be sure to review your contract with a licensed attorney.
