Do you agree "Don't ask, don't tell" is a good philosophy to follow when it comes to renting after foreclosure.

This was part of the article by LaToya Irby,

How do you evaluate or appraise your clients after foreclosure? I hope I'm not being to personals, or driving this in the ground. Reason being; we are living in a new era now where a person financial state have change for the worse and it may not return. I guess my question is should a person tell a white lie about their foreclosure
