The APN (Assessors Parcel Number) is one of the most important fields in a BPO. If you are using an APN, typically you are using tax card information, and that is like the bible to the BPO companies. If there are any disputes, they refer to what is on the tax card for reference (regarding GLA, Acres, Age, etc.). It is also important to use the correct APN, as sometimes there is an APN and APN (State) schedule on the tax card.
