You looked at a realtytrack listing. You should not do that. They are bogus, false, and misleading. (did I leave anything out?)

The houses shown are likely not for sale, may never be for sale and will not be sold for anything close to the amount shown. You are seeing the price of a lien that is not currently paid. Sorry, this is not real.

For a real foreclosure listing either go to OR talk to a realtor near you.

If you want to search for listings on your own you can look at individual bank sites showing what they have to offer. The links are below.…
