You can possibly review the county tax records should reflect the purchase price

fondue...which address? I just made an offer on a foreclosed home in San Tan Valley. There was a rumor it was going to auction, but it didn't.

By the way, who do you use for internet service out in that area?

The address is needed to check. Depending on how long ago the trustee sale took place, you can search online on the Pinal County recorders website to pull up the information.

Dear Fondue:

You can check on the Pinal County Tax records. This is public information. Or you can provide the information to your Realtor and they would probably be pleased to check for you.
