i was wondering how taxes are counted in cherry hill ? if assessed for 414,000 and taxes are 22,400 ?

Well the best place to get that answer would be the tax office. They base the taxes off of a tax rate so that $22,400 seems a little out there. Also, the offer price depends on what the homes in the area go for and the condition of the property. What are your thoughts on that?

Your tax ratio in Cherry Hill figures to be 5.4 mills or 5.4 cents for every dollar of assessment value of the home as dictated by the township.
