Hi Darlene:

Grace gave you great advice; you truly need an agent that will work for you. Remember there are many different properties out there. You need a good understanding of how the different buying opportunities present themselves to buyers. Have you spoken to a realtor to help you understand the process? More importantly have you gotten pre approved so that you are in a position to purchase a home?

Give me a call and I can help you

Hello Darlene, What you need to do is get an aggressive Real Estate Agent in the area you are looking to purchase and when you see something come up on Realtytrac you give your agent a call and let them investigate what stage the property is in (such as Notice of Default, Foreclosure, Auction and going to Listing) so that they can determine the best course of action to get you the best deal. If you are looking in the Corona area I know of an excellent agent if you need one. I became a Real Estate Agent 8 years ago figuring a Realtor would get access to all of the best deals first before anyone on the outside does and that for the most part is true. Let me know if you need the name of an aggressive agent in the area you are looking in and if you decide to come out to the South West Riverside County area let me know. Good Luck!!!
