Any local agent can help you--they all have access to the same information and it is free--consider contacting any realty office(s) and inquire.

Your local police department will have a list of properties & up coming auctions. Additionally, title companies produce several lists of foreclosure properties. Although their intention with these lists are to give them to Realtors. I would certainly agree with Abe, that you should obtain a Realtor if you are pursuing these properties. There is a lot of potential baggage that can come from purchasing some of these properties and a Realtor would certainly be aware of the questions to ask.

Dear Carmelcorn,

If your intention is to purchase properties, I would highly suggest that you hire a REALTOR to show you these properties. Looking is usually offered as a free service and you will get representation when you do decide to buy.

Good Luck!
