Your lender should have sent you notice regarding the proposed auction of your property.

If for some strange reason they did not, you can contact a local realtor and provide them with the adress they will be able to check the tax record to see if an acution date has been scheduled.

Your lender should send you a letter notifying you or you can call the lender for status and they sholud tell you if there is a sale date. What state r u in? You can postpone the sale if you want to sell and could get a buyer before the sale date.

There should be a steady stream of notices posted on your door. In California Trustee Companies are required to to follow a strict time. To find out more about the time lines please contact me at 951-543-3830 I can also search my data base to find out if you are in forclosure and where in the process you are.

Chiriza,

You should have received written notice of sheriff sale to the property.
